One thing you will have
to deal with on a day-to-day basis is your coworkers (fellow unit secretaries, nurses,
CNAs/PCAs).
- You’ll have those who love telling on others.
- You’ll have those not doing their job.
- You’ll have those who are miserable and want attention.
It’s okay to maintain a
professional relationship with them, but your goal is to not let these types of
people control your day.
Because if you do, they
will win.
